Sadhana: Practices and studies for your personal practice.

Today is a good day to Love!

Please bear with me as I bring my thoughts onto paper and share with you what has happened in my life and what you can do to grow tantrically in yours.  I've also posted some wonderful articles and videos that are well worth reading and watching.  I'll be adding more soon as I find more good stuff to put here.  Enjoy!

Article on Cecearian Births...I added this one because it's related as to how our society looks at motherhood.  Just food for thought. Especially if you have a woman in your life who's a mother to be or wants kids or has had kids.  You get my point?

The following videos from youtube are well worth watching!  There'll be more as time goes on.  For now, here's a nice start.

I'll start with Sacred Lomi.  Hawaiian Temple Bodywork is something I've been studying for a bit and want to share this wonderful video with you.

Mahamrityunjaya Mantra  Yoga Meditation, Vedanta, Tantra.  Mahamrityunjaya Mantra is one of the more potent of the ancient Sanskrit mantras. It is a call for enlightenment and is a practice of purifying the karmas of the soul at a deep level. It can also be quite beneficial for mental, emotional, and physical health.  (SwamiJi)?

Basic Tantra Yoga with Julia Tindall

Tantra Daily Practice with Dawn Cartwright.  This is a good one to listen to after watching the previous one.

I hope you enjoy what you find here.  I'll add as I find stuff that interests me and that I think you'll like as well.  I truly hope that these links will help you in your daily practices and coax you along with your understanding of Tantra.  Tantra is a huge subject and it would take many, many articles and videos to truly get a good understanding of it.  Hopefully, I'll get enough of them into this page that it won't seem lopsided.  If you see something that you like, let me know and I may actually get it on here for others to see.  Since Youtube embeding is sometimes temporary, I apologize for any disappearing videos in advance.  And let me know if that happens please!!!  Anyway...

Namaste!

Martin
