The Western Tantra community is growing in Chicago! Come be a part of it. All are welcome, whether you are a daka or dakini who has been practicing for many years, or are new to tantra. Whether you are single, coupled, poly, bi, gay, or hetero. Let’s come together to share experiences, socialize, and support one another in our practices. Let’s go to tantra, intimacy, and communication workshops together to enhance our learning experience. And let’s support and benefit from the larger sex positive and heart consciousness communities by going to various events related to tantra: compassionate communication, acroyoga, kundalini yoga, Osho Meditations, etc.

What is Western Tantra? My definition is contemporary practice of sacred sexuality and authentic connection that integrates yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), bodywork/massage, psychology, communication, movement (e.g. dance), sex education, and whatever other tools a specific teacher may use.... read more at her site!

Ipsalu and more in Indianapolis!

Pat Sheehan teaches Ipsalu classes and more in Indianapolis, Indiana.  We've gone there for some of her classes and really enjoyed them.  There are other teachers in that area as well for a variety of subjects and there are places to stay inexpensively if the weekend class is what you're interested in.
